It's forbidden to smoke and to consume in the vehicle.
Our tariffs include the fuel and the insurance of the transported people. The highway toll or parking fees are not included in our rates and stay at the customer's expense.
Our tariffs are fixed. Even in case of traffic jam, our tariffs will not be modified.
For transfers taking place between 8 pm and 7:00 am, or during week ends and holidays, a 20% rise is applied.
When you hire a car with driver the time is counted from the booking hour. If this service takes place between 12 am and 2 pm, the driver's meal ( 15 €) will be added to the total amount of the bill.
During the booking, the customer can ask for a driver speaking a particular language without paying any supplement.
We take on charge your luggage without any supplement, except when you exceed the quota of 2 pieces of luggage per person. In that case we will ask you to pay 3 euros/ piece of luggage. For all cumbersome products (such as bicycle, snowboard, etc.) or animals, you should preview a supplement of 9 euros each.
Pets less than 4 kilos travel only in the special animal bag.
The payment is given directly to the driver, by credit card or by cash. Cheques will be accepted according to the presented documents.
For the round trip, the return should be paid during the transfer to go.
The Transporter is not responsible in any case for damages caused by the density of the road traffic.
In case of the delay of the flight or the train, during the pick up of the customer at the hall of the airport or the railway station, the driver will wait 20 minutes free of charge. After that a rise will be charged in the proportion to a time of the disposal calculated after free 20 minutes.
For our Business service, the customer can benefit of the assistance up in the check-in desk without any supplement.
The carrier declines any responsibility of the passengers' objects voluntarily or involuntarily left in the vehicle.
